DIY – Wine Bottle…

Aqui está mais um Post da “série” como decorar a sua casa de uma forma criativa, bonita e sem gastar quase nada.

Eu adoro receber os amigos para jantares e reuniõezinhas, mas às vezes por mais simples que esses encontros sejam, a gente sempre acaba gastando mais do que queria ou deveria. Rsrs..
Uma das coisas que eu mais gosto de fazer é decorar a casa e deixar tudo bonitinho para receber os convidados. Mas isso tem um preço e pode ser caaaro!
Tudo tem que estar sempre lindo e elegante e para continuar com as celebrações e não estourar a conta do banco, eu estou sempre procurando soluções fáceis, lindas e hum…baratas.
Uma das minhas novas “criações” foi transformar aquela garrafa de vinho vazia, que ia para o lixo, em um vaso de flores.
Simples, porém elegante, é perfeito para decorar qualquer canto da sua casa.
Crie, invente, faça uma decoração diferente!

I love having friends for dinner and get togethers, but sometimes, as simple as these meetings are, we always end up spending more than I wanted or should. Lol ..
One of the things I like to do is decorate the house and make everything cute to welcome our guests. But this has a price and it can be expeeeeensive.
For me, everything always has to be beautiful and elegant and to contribute to the celebration while not busting the bank account, I’m always looking for easy but beautiful solutions, and of course… Hum…cheap ones.
One of my new “creations” was turning that empty wine bottle that was going to end up in our trash can in a flower vase.
Simple, yet elegant, it’s a perfect solution to decorate any corner of your home.
Create, invent, make your decor simple but different!

Dica de Los Angeles: Abbot Kinney

Eu sou uma grande fã da Abbott Kinney. Para mim, essa é a melhor rua em Venice. Existem tantas coisa para fazer…galerias de arte, bares e incríveis restaurantes!
Lá, você irá encontrar lojas de quadros, objetos, móveis, jóias, roupas.. tudo top de linha. Este bairro boho-praiano é ótimo para casais, amigos e grupos que procuram uma forma legal de passar um dia/noite em uma das mais queridas (e não tão turista quanto a 3th street promenade em Santa Monica) ruas de Los Angeles. Divirta-se passeando e paquerando as vitrines da Abbot Kinney.
Toda primeira sexta-feira do mês, eles têm uma noite cheia de food trucks (aqui e aqui). As comidas são ótimas e eu adoro os frequentadores do local. Muita gente “super cool”, apenas curtindo o momento.
Se você estiver em L.A, eu definitivamente recomendo vir conhecer a AK.

I am a big fan of the Abbott Kinney area. It’s the best street in Venice.There is so much to do there, from art galleries to bars to amazing restaurants!
There, you are going to find sell top-of-the-line artwork, furniture, jewelry and clothing stores. This boho-beachy neighborhood is great to couples, friends and groups looking for a cool way to spend a day and/or night in one of the most beloved ( and not so touristy like 3th street in Santa Monica) street in Los Angeles. Have fun walking around and window shopping along abbot kinney.
Every first Friday of the month, they have a night filled with food trucks ( here and here). The food is awesome and I love the crowd here. Lots of laid back people just enjoying themselves.
I would definitely recommend coming here and soaking up the sun on a beautiful day if you are in the area!

Blogger’s Lunch :)

Este final de semana foi incrível! Praia, aniversário, jantar com o love… E para fechar o findi com chave de ouro, um encontrinho de amigas na companhia de 2 blogueiras aqui de Los Angeles, a Nani Bergman e a Giselle Claudino.
Foi uma festa! Muita comida, bebida e é claro, muita animação.
O nosso encontrinho de amigas, aconteceu no famoso Sílvio’s BBQ, que é um maravilhoso restaurante, conhecidíssimo tanto por Brasileiros quanto por americanos que vão lá, saborear os deliciosos pratos e drinks.
Eu contei sobre a vista?? O Sílvio’s BBQ fica localizado no Pier de Hermosa Beach, que é um dos lugares e uma das praias mais lindas e mais badaladas aqui de LA.
O tempo nos deu de presente um dia maravilhoso, com muito sol e um pôr do sol… de tirar o fôlego! Um sucesso!

This weekend was amazing! A day at the beach, a birthday party and dinner with love. To finish this great weekend, we had lunch with friends in the company of two bloggers that also live here in Los Angeles, Nani Bergman and iselle Claudino.
It was a party! Lots of food, drink and of course, lots of entertainment.
Our friendship meeting happened in the famous Silvio’s BBQ, which is a wonderful restaurant, well recognized by both Brazilians and by Americans who go there to taste the delicious dishes and drinks.
Did i tell you about the view? Silvio’s BBQ is located in Hermosa Beach Pier, which is one of the most beautiful and trendy beaches here in LA.
The weather gave us the gift of a wonderful day with lots of sun and aBreathtaking sunset. Let’s talk about a success!

Summer + Fall

Dress: HM / Purse: HM / Shoes: J.Crew / Belt: HM / Bracelet: HM, Zara, Banana Republic

Nesta época do ano, eu adoro poder usar roupas com cores um pouquinho mais escuras. Acho que combina mais com o Outono, que é uma estação em que teoricamente a temperatura começa a cair. Digo teoricamente, pois neste final de semana, os dias aqui em L.A foram liiiiindos, com muito sol e calor. Para combinar com essa tempo lindo e louco que está fazendo, resolvi misturar o verão com o outono e colocar um vestido verde musgo, com uma bolsa rosa ( super cheguei rs), e essa brilhosa sapatilha, que é a minha nova obsessão.

At this time of year, I love being able to wear clothes with colors that are a bit darker. I think it blends more with the autumn, which is theoretically a season in which the temperature begins to drop. I say theoretically because this weekend, the days here in LA were so beautifully sunny and warm. To match this gorgeous but mad temperature that we are having here, I decided to mix up the summer with autumn and put a dark green dress with a pink purse ( actually, super pink purse) and this sparkling flat which are my new obsession.

Vídeo – Hawaii

Ontem, eu fui surpreendida com esse vídeo que o Dé, caseiramente, editou para mim.
5 minutos que me transportaram novamente para essa ilha/paraíso que eu tanto amo e que tem tanta importância na nossa relação.
Mais uma vez, o André me presenteou com a Paz. Sim, paz! É assim que o meu coração se sente quando estou no Hawaii, e é assim que eu me senti ao ver e ao relembrar essa viagem tão maravilhosa.
O mar, o céu, o sol, o arco-íris…. você se sente parte da natureza, parte do mundo. Entende um pouco o porque de estarmos aqui. A nossa razão e missão.
Entende o ALOHA SPIRIT, que significa, afeição, paz, compaixão e misericórdia.
Vontade de viver! De ser feliz!
Momentos que NUNCA serão esquecidos. Momentos que levaremos para sempre na nossa memória e coração.

Yesterday, I was surprised with a video Andre made and edited for me.
5 minutes that transported me back to that island / paradise that I love so much and that is so important in our relationship.
Again, Andre gave me the present of peace. Yes, peace! That’s how my heart feels when I’m in Hawaii, and that’s how I felt to see and remember this so wonderful trip.
The sea, the sky, the sun, the rainbow …. You feel part of nature, part of the world and understand a little bit why we’re here. The reason and mission.
The ALOHA SPIRIT, which means affection, peace, compassion and mercy.
Desire to live! Desire to be happy!
Moments that will NEVER be forgotten. Moments that will be forever in our memories and hearts.
